By accessing or using ProcessX ("the Service"), provided by The Process Enterprise (Pty) Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

ProcessX is a cloud-based bookkeeping and financial management platform designed for South African businesses. The Service includes:

• Expense tracking and management
• Income recording and invoicing
• Asset management and depreciation tracking
• Vehicle logbook management
• Financial reporting and analytics
• Tax calculation tools

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payment

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated
• You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period
• Refunds are provided at our discretion and in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service. By using the Service:

• You grant us a license to store, process, and display your data as necessary to provide the Service
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your data
• You may export your data at any time
• We will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. While we strive for accuracy:

• Tax calculations are estimates and should be verified by a qualified professional
• The Service does not constitute financial, tax, or legal advice
• You are responsible for your own tax compliance and submissions to SARS
• We recommend consulting with a registered tax practitioner for complex matters

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Process Enterprise (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Errors in tax calculations or financial reports
• Service interruptions or data loss

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Process Enterprise (Pty) Ltd from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service:

• For violation of these Terms
• For non-payment of subscription fees
• If required by law
• For extended inactivity on free accounts

You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, you may request export of your data within 30 days.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Africa, subject to the Consumer Protection Act where applicable.
