Updating Your Profile

Edit your personal details and account information in ProcessX.

Overview

Your profile contains your personal information used for:

  • Account identification
  • Communication preferences
  • Security settings
  • Contact information

Accessing Profile Settings

  • Click your name or avatar in the top navigation
  • Select Settings or Profile
  • Or navigate to Settings > Profile

    • Profile Information

    Personal Details

    *Email changes may require verification

    Display Preferences

    Updating Your Name

  • Go to Settings > Profile
  • Click Edit next to your name
  • Enter your updated name
  • Click Save

    • Your name appears on:

    • Dashboard welcome
    • Team member lists
    • Reports (if enabled)
    • Account communications

    Updating Your Email

    Changing your email address:

  • Go to Settings > Profile
  • Click Change Email
  • Enter your new email address
  • Confirm your current password
  • Check your new email for verification
  • Click the verification link

    • Until verified, your old email remains active.

    Updating Phone Number

  • Go to Settings > Profile
  • Click Edit next to phone number
  • Enter your new number
  • Click Save

    • Phone number is used for:

    • Account recovery
    • Important notifications (if enabled)
    • Two-factor authentication (if enabled)

    Profile Photo

    Add a profile photo:

  • Click on your avatar or photo placeholder
  • Click Upload Photo
  • Select an image from your device
  • Crop if needed
  • Click Save

    • Requirements:

    • JPG, PNG, or GIF
    • Maximum 5MB
    • Square ratio recommended

    Linked Accounts

    If you signed up with Google or social login:

    • Your profile syncs with that account
    • Some details may not be editable
    • You can add a password for email login

    Account Deletion

    To delete your account:

  • Go to Settings > Profile
  • Scroll to Danger Zone
  • Click Delete Account
  • Confirm by typing your email
  • Click Permanently Delete

    • Warning: This action is irreversible. All data will be deleted.

    Data Export Before Deletion

    Before deleting, export your data:

  • Go to Settings > Data Export
  • Click Export All Data
  • Download the ZIP file
  • Verify you have everything needed
